I did not answer but come to find out it's a scam I would like to be able not to receive these calls

The proof of a scam is in your post.  They claim they're monitoring your accounts, but don't know if you're over $10,000 in debt.  Beware, people.  Some collection agencies break the law with threats.  That's illegal, but scammers don't care.  They hope you've got more than $10,000 in debt and have been threatened so you'll give up the personal info, only to put you further in debt.  DON'T FALL FOR IT!
