Scam debt collector

Tried calling 3 times in 5 minutes this morning, but I added the number to the blocked numbers after the first call.

Scammers or not, I don't owe anyone money and calling me would be illegal even if they were a "legit" debt collection company.

Got a call from these people and they were asking me to verify personal information before they would even tell me what the call was about.  They claim they were calling from a company called CSS on a federal phone line, and i had a "lawsuit" that they needed to discuss.  I blocked this number because obviously it's a scam.
