Rec'd several calls from this number over a few days on my cell phone. I called the number back to inquiry if the person who answered was trying to reach me as I had several calls from this number and wanted to know who was calling. The person spoke with an accent and stated he did not understand me. I aked from which state was he calling and he stated he did not know. He then hung up the phone.
