This is a spoofed number, search hits purport it's a cell number from Kentucky. But get this: The scumbag con artists REALLY went all out to hide their tracks; search hits, as in this example, lead up to dead ends http://scouts-l.com/cgi-bin/wa?A2=SCOUTS-L;54675a5b.0802 . Note this e-document was written, purportedly in 2008--and further down, also note the phony name reference ( Wasa G. Scout )!! This cat is slick....but not slick enough. The call's actual source MAY originate from.....the Bahamas; my tracker program isn't 100% on this one, but I'm 100% sure the call came from OUTSIDE the U.S. And look at the prefix number, "555"--there are NO geological locations assigned to this prefix; it's only used in TV or movie film production!! DUHHHH!!! Voicemail service confirms it's a SCAM--caller leaves NO message, live or pre-recorded.
