Who called from 6069074110

Call cannot go through.

When trying to return the call it does not ring, immediately hangs up.

I didn't answer the call nor try to return the call.  I've blocked the number on my cell phone.

Said they were calling from a police station and we were on a recorded line and was asking for donations. I thought it was recorded automated system and it was an actual person. I told them I wasn't interested and hung up.

I received this call at 11:38 am. A man's voice asked how I was doing, and said they are from the police and sheriff association.
