None of these numbers are known to me and I have no pending complaints. Perhaps I should have one with Verizon for allowing these types of calls to their customers.

Received the exact same robomessage as above, "Management company saying they have made several attempts to contact you" etc etc. Caller ID says "Binghamton, NY".
