Loud, deep, threatening man has called me, my wife, my parents, and my sister claiming a Civil Suit against me in the county where I live. Problem is there is no case out against me yet he delivers bogus threats which I must act on now to avoid prosecution. What is even better, is that when you call back, it goes to a voicemail. No mention of company, no name given, just a brief message of being unavailable.
