I received three calls in February from this number, this was before I got a new phone. Today I charged up my old phone to retrieve another number, and surprise! The (old) phone hadn't been on for 10 minutes before good old 607.203.5582 rang again! I wonder how many people actually do answer and go along with their scheme? It must be plenty- I can't imagine how else these irritating callers get paid...
It's Caribbean Cruiseline. They supposedly give you a free cruise, and in return you tell everyone what a great cruise it was as way to advertise. I didn't let her finish her script before I hung up.
They have called me multiple times per day for weeks. They do not leave a message nor wait for the voicemail to come on. They hang up on the third ring.
I've had two calls in the last 6 hours from this number. No voicemail both times. I don't intend to answer it now that I've read the comments on this page.
Don't call back. New scam. you can get charged $20.00 per minute if you do. Its a baiting tactic to get you to call back to see who called. The number is tied to a number like the 900 numbers where your phone bill is charged when you connect.
