CID showed Binghamton NY. "Chauncey" from the Design Center. I suspect they are a local OC contractor using a spoofed number.

Called me by my first name as if I knew him.  Identified himself as Larry Davis.  On my saying that I did not need his home repair services (he claims to be in my neighborhood), he became antagonistic.
