Another day and two calls already from "Cox". I called thwe local sales number and talked to someone their and he could not confirm whether or not it was them. He admitted they do have third party companies that do make sales call. I asked to be put on their do not call list for sales and he agreed to do that. So I shall see in a few days whether this stops the calls.
This is a discussion forum where one can report or describe suspicious or unknown phone calls, but reporting them here does not stop the calling. YOU have to take action to do that! Consider buying a call blocker if nothing else works.

I got two calls from this number today on my verizon cell. not answering as this is probably an automatic dialer, which you cannot do anything about.
I do think it is funny however that someone posts "Take me off your call list. I do not wish to receive calls from you or this company." -
A. they don't realize this is a blog talking about the phone number. B. They don't post their phone number so even if this was a site that could block calls or restrict, it couldn't be done as they are not providing contact information. Too funny
I just filed a FCC complaint against this number as I have been getting calls from this number (and this number alone) daily for the past few days. I never pick up, and if I'm lucky I grab the phone, pickup my phone and hang up before they get a chance to even see I have a voicemail box.
