We received a call from 607-203-8394 on 8/10/17 at 11:50 AM. The Caller ID showed CUSTOMER CARE. My husband answered the call and he said it was either trying to sell car insurance or warranty. # blocked.
I answered it given it was a local number. It was a student loan forgiveness call. I paid mine off over 10 years ago. They called my daughter's cell phone number too. She's only going into 8th grade.
