The ID read Stamford NY. I know the area and no one I know has this number. There was no message so it is a scam/spam/fraud from a town in the 607 area call. The VOIP are a problem as they can take the number anywhere to call and harass.
I told the caller I was going to contact the NYS AG. They have lawyers (really) that work to stop people like you. Don't call me again, and I repeated my phone number so there was no mistake. They went..CLICK.
