This person calls from 607 216-4029 and then when the voicemail picks up they listen to it and then hang up. I am sick and tired of this crap. They need to get a real job and stop harassing people. I have notified the National Do Not Call Registry and now I am going to notify the Better Business Bureau. They are nothing but scammers and I am tired of it.
