The caller ID on my phone call from 607-218-6047 said BUSINESS HORIZON. They didn't leave a message when they called in the middle of the night. And in the morning when I called back I first got a busy signal and then a single ring, the phone was picked up, there were electronic crackles. I remained on the line and I eventually I heard a different ring and the phone company's message, 'If you want to make a call please hang up etc.....'
