Who called from 6072235240

I have been getting repeated calls from this phone number for years. I answer and there is a harsh beep tone in my ear and disconnects.

3 calls no messages.

Robo call started with "Attention Medicare beneficiaries....." - hit the "blacklist" button on our call blocker box.

This is a scam they say they have ur computer Id and you need to get security

answer, bad connection, heavy accent, tells me my computer is not responding to security measures.  Same call over and over from different numbers.
