CareFirst Blue Choice (or at least the company they've hired) taking a survey about the quality of the services I'm receiving. It's fine, thanks. If I had issues I'd complain to them directly.
Received the call Saturday morning; apparently they're in business 7 days a week, so these calls can happen at any time.
Beware. They called and claimed to be Carefirst. They were taking a survey. The first question suggested this was a scam as it was info Carefirst already knew. When I mentioned this, they did say that they were a survey firm hired by Carefirst. Could be legit. Highly suspicious.
