Most of these numbers are owned and/or generated by these Master Spoofing/Spamming Companies: Level 3 Communications C.O, Peerless Network C.O,Onvoy Communications C.O. & Inteliquent C.O. They all have over 1000 public complains and still going strong. They will be reported to FTC for electronic communications harassment!
