I just reported the call coming from 697-307-7003 directly to the FTC at 877-382-4357. I have had repeated phone calls from "these folks," as I recall, coming from a different phone number, calling with the same message about providing a cure for back and knee pain. I have tired in vain to report the caller using the on-line FTC Do Not Call List violation. This time I reported the call directly to the FTC. The calls keep coming in on my land line. Both of my land line numbers are listed on the Do Not Call List. I have a cell phone which I seldom use, but the FTC wanted that number-- but I never use it except for an emergency. The land line is the best way to reach me! I also did a star 57 trace of the caller's number on my land line. If the caller thought that he or she was calling a cell phone number, that caller may be in for a rude awakening! Given the frequency in which I have received calls from this outfit, I cannot figure out why the FEDS have not aced the call and busted this outfit by now! At any rate, I reported this last call directly to the FTC for whatever good that does!
I received the same kind of call. If anyone presses one to speak to an operator, the call is answered by a man which identified himself as "Gregg," and he wants to sell the caller a knew or back brace. I asked "Gregg" why he keeps calling me, and whether or not he had heard of the Do Not Call List. He said nothing and hung up the phone. I reported "Gregg's" call directly to the FTC at 877-382-4357. I have reported other calls from this entity either directly by phone or by using the FTC's electronic reporting system for Do Not Call Violations. It seems to me that I just reported "Gregg' one moth ago for making the same call. I called back "Gregg's" phone number and received a recorded message that if I wanted to be taken off the preferred customer promotion list, that it would take 72 hours. I do not know how I got on any so called preferred customer promotion list to begin with because I have never purchased one thing over the phone from any telephone solicitor. Also, I have requested removal from such list before-- and nothing has happened each time. Personally, I think that this entire outfit may consisted of mentally retarded people or mentally/emotionally compromised disabled people who for some reason are unable to process that they are annoying the Hell out of people as well as calling up folks who do not wish to be their customers. I think that a responsible adult needs to take away their call list, and delete all numbers from their computer bank so that they will cease making such calls. To me, "Gregg" did not sound as if he were operating on all cylinders., To me, he reminded me of someone who was taking Haldol or some kind of psychotropic medication because he has a certain quality to his voice which I have noticed before in some individuals who take such medication. I also hope that "Gregg" or someone who is responsible for "Gregg" and his band of Gypsy scammers will read this, and also realize that to some people they sound like mentally unsound people when they speak to others on the phone, and that they will cease and desist.. I think that these people like "Gregg" would be better employed in picking up trash which accumulates along public highways than in making such phone calls.

CALLED EARLY IN THE MORNING AND I WAS NOT QUITE AWAKE. JUST HUNG UP ONCE THE SALES PITCH STARTED. MY NUMBER HAS BEEN NONE PUBLISHED SINCE I GOT MY PHONE IN 1963--HOW THEY GET THESE NUMBERS DON'T KNOW. DO NOT BELIEVE RANDOM DIAL OR ELSE THEY WOULD GET EMERGENCY NUMBERS SUCH AS POLICE AND FIRE,ETC.REPORTING THEM DOES NOT HELP THEY HAVE SEVERAL NUMBERS THEY CALL FROM.
