I got a call from a number a guy named Matthew Garcia saying that I want a 90-day trial of three different magazines and I want a free Android 7-inch touch-screen tabletand that I was also the runner-up in 1 million dollars if anyone has gotten this call if they can please reply back and help me if I have been scammed because I gave this person my bank card number like a dumbass but not the 3 numbers on the backI really need help to find out if this is a scam I think it is I would appreciate if anyone could give me any feedback please and thank you have a nice day

Anytime someone asks for your bank card number when you have "won something it's a scam. I would check your account and contact your bank or credit card company immediately. I got one of these calls they said I had "won" but when I told them I didn't have a bank or credit card they hung up.
Yes you where scammed. What you need to do is go to your bank and have that card canceled out. An have them issue you a new one. Unfortunately I know from personal experience. Reason being is because if they don't have your card information they can't use it.
