I received calls from this number 2x. Barely able to understand due to un-clarity of call/voice...apparently, trying to hide her voice like putting a towel around the phone or talking from a certain distance. Told her not clear and hang up. 2 hours later, with the same phone a guy called, again voice not clear. I barely understood, he was looking to verify some info. I told him I do not understand you. Then, he asked if I spoke French. I told him, no France. He hung up....So, the accent was in both cases Indian and I have known about these scams originating from that area because they speak English and trying to scam/steal identities form US and European people to profit.
Called 4 times in the span of an hour. I didn't answer any (I get too many spam/phishing calls). Did not leave a message. These people do not care if you are on the do not call list. It's so annoying!
