These scams that claim they are from Chase Manhattan Bank, are linked to NYS Unemployment Direct Payment Cards.

The division of Unemployment is aware of this, however not everyone is reporting this to them.

In addition to letting them know about these scams, I also send a reply telling the sender to quit sending spam.
