SCAM number. Automated message constructed with poor grammar. Claims to be the IRS and that I have 24 hours to respond before local police are sent. I called the number to make sure that they at least got the chance to hear me laughing at them, noone answered. I will attempt to call them back later to poke fun at them.
Same as a couple above - Caller ID just says Elmira, NY. I answered and a computerized recording stating "the 'cops' had 3 serious charges against me and would 'pick me up' if I did not contact them". I have tried to call them back just to have some fun and it either just rings or a message comes up that they aren't available right now and to leave a message. Ridiculous attempt to scam people - does anyone seriously really fall for this sort of nonsense?
