He said the secretary would take my address to send me the pledge card. She kept pushing for my credit card info and when I said I was told I didnt have to complete the transaction over the phone she said ok, we will send you the paperwork after not getting my mailing address like the first guy said she would. Please don't call back unknown numbers, especially those that call and hang up on you. They are phishing for live phone numbers to share with or sell to other scammers. By calling back -- even by answering unknown numbers -- you are telling them that there is a live person, maybe a sucker, at your number. Learn to protect yourself from scammers.
Think about a call blocker. There are many available that will prevent callers from getting through to you. If you Google CALL BLOCKER you can probably find one that works for you.
