I have also received calls from 607-595-1659. The person who calls invariably changes his name. He speaks with a heavy foreign accent, that makes him almost ininteligeable, He states that a Claim has been filled against you, and proceeds to state one's own address and social security number. He theatens the person receiving the call, that if the call is not returned, he can only wish you luck. He's been calling at work too, causing the company I work for, and myself great level of inconvenience. This is very scary stuff. How can this be happening in a country like ours? I too received a called like this but i contact my us state department the number i called is 202-647-4000, you will talk to a live person but she then will give you another number to call(department of treasury) which is 202-622-2000 and I chose the option 7 and left a detail message.
I recived a call from this number also and he had a foreign accent and he asked me if i was having pornography issues and told me he could help me with them... How do i report this?
