We keep getting calls from 607 area code. These calls are always hang-ups. Tried calling back, but no answer. Definitely a SCAM. This has been happening for a month now! And we're a private home.

I'm guessing it's from Elmira College trying to raise money. I often get these calls even though I only spent a year there.
