Do not answer. These are scammers threatening a lawsuit filed against us by the IRS. In an attempt to gather as much information against them, I spoke to heavily accented "IRS agents" who extended grave threats if I did not take action - Pay a fine . . . Imagine my surprise. Please notify your State Attorney General's office either online or by telephone of this call. The states federal governments are aware of who they are and are working with the Indian government to get this scam shut down. When the scammers figured out I was "on to them", they turned terribly foul mouthed. They are not only criminals, they are disgusting and hopefully will be prosecuted. Don't let them scare you!
Rec'd a call today w/ the same IRS matter. Let the machine get it. Same details as above. Not gonna call them back as there is no way the IRS has a problem with me. Scams are getting quite creative.
