Anytime I get a strange call with someone who can't speak plain English I look up the number and find messages like the one on this site and I call our State Consumer Protection Agency . Any call that you receive from a person who doesn't speak English very well IS A SCAM! If I call a company and the person I am transferred to can't speak English very well then that company outsources their call center. NEVER RETURN THESE CALLS! THEY USE YOUR NUMBER FOR MAKING INTERNATIONAL CALLS OR GET INFO FROM YOUR PHONE OR MONEY FROM YOU. THESE NUMBERS HAVE BEEN PURCHASED AND ARE LOCATED IN OTHER COUNTRIES. MAGIC JACK IS AN EASY WAY OF DOING THIS.
i have gotten 2 calls this morning from this number.same scenerio as above^^ . Seems super sketchy tho. I called back and they answered by the 2nd ring.that doesnt happen..then i asked to speak to a supervisor and inhis broken english,said that he was the chief.im mervois but its so sketchy.ill wait till its in the mail?!
IRS Criminal legal physical address under federal investigation 607-767-7136. Officer Xavier Marshall. Returned call and someone answered "IRS sex crimes unit". I said who, they said "IRS" then I said did you say sex crimes unit? And they said stop making scam calls, and hanged up on me. What an unprofessional scammer.
