Who called from 6077682888

Received a call twice today, once around 3 pm and the other just a few minutes ago.  What's the deal?  Didn't answer either time.

I got a call earlier today (6:32pm EST) and according to my caller id on my iphone, the call originated from Binghamton, NY, which is south of Syracuse.
When I answered, they hung up.

this number has also called me just started today and just got a call for the third time...

I missed three calls from this number today, two just a couple minutes ago, about  2 minutes apart. When I tried to call it back, it said it was out of service. Wtf?
