Just got an incoming call from this # showing it as a 'pay phone'. I haven't been answering any calls from #s I don't know. Glad I didn't answer this one either, after reading all the complaints. And if they don't leave a msg, I don't return the call. I'm so sick of all the scam/telemarketing/what-have-you calls. Get at least 10 a day!
I received a call from this # today - caller ID said Payphone. The man had a very thick Indian accent, and asked if I had diabetes. When I could finally understand his question, I responded with No and he did not know what to do from there and eventually hung up. Very strange.
Received call from this number last week and twice today. They are saying that they are from Windows and that I have reported a problem with my computer. NOT TRUE! this is a scam. I called the phone company and have added a blocking feature and my numbers on the do not call list. So tired of these things, How is this even legal?
Received a call from individual with strong Indian accent, said he called because his computer department (WINDOWS) received an error message stating that my computer had viruses. I asked what operating system I used. He answered incorrectly.
What a bunch of crooks. They probably getting the phone numbers on the web, yellow pages etc... Called Bell (phone provider) who tried selling me home privacy package.. LoL.
Received a call from 607-795-4626, female telling me that there is a problem with my computer and to shut it off. This reeks like SCAM big time. I tried to milk for identification information without any luck.
