They want to purchase the car sight unseen and very far away from that 607 area code but they need to send a cashiers check or pay for the car through paypal.
Have a commercial mixer on Craig's list. He said he wanted to send me 550.00 over asking price. Then he wanted me to Western union450.00 to his shipping agent. I told him to pay his own agent. He said I had to help him out. I asked to give me one good reason for me to do that. Then I told him to read the scam alerts,that,that was the first warning, not to allow the buyer to send extra money for 3rd party payment. So I want to know, what type of payment is safe? Even cash,they say, could be counterfeit. How do you tell if its counterfeit?
