Received this robo call at 1:15 pm. My robo call program stopped it at one ring. Internet search shows call comes from Freeville NY, I've been through there and it is a verrrry small town..nothing there but a correctional facility for troubled youth.

This call is a robo call "attention all senior citizens" wanting to give you a home security system and a costly monthly payment! It does not give you the option to be removed from their list. I have received many call from them.
You've always got the option to not answer the phone in any way, don't you? Try that and give it some time if you can handle letting the phone ring. Not everyone can miss calls, but it's a way to get on callers' nerves so they stop bothering you.
When "they" call dozens of times a day, I find the better option to be a call blocker. The phone lights up, reads "caller blocked" and goes dark but the phone doesn't ring (the first "mandatory" ring blocked by Fist Ring Suppression). Eventually, some learn they'll never get through and stop. Others just keep getting blocked and blocked and blocked... Either way, I get peace and quiet and they get nothing.
