Call from Wisconsin has a bogus three digits after the area code.
No number in the US after the area code can start with a Zero or the number One.
608 is a Wisconsin area code followed by 034 which is bogus - the other four digits in this case just don't matter.
I heard a person ask; "Hello" then my answering machine kicked in, they heard my message and hung up.

In general any ID that only has a State, City and State or just City in the ID is bogus.
Not enough in the ID for me to answer, that is for sure.

So this bogus number was Phishing, therefore in my book it is a prank.
It came in around 7 pm.
And this number is so 'new' that even Google has nothing on it!
