Received call on my cell phone 10-15-2013. My cell is on the no call list for WI. I did not recognize the number so I did not answer. The caller did not leave a message. Later I called the number back and a machine picked up and all it said was "Please wait while we transfer your call.". I did not wait to be transferred, I just hung up. My best guess is this is some sort of telemarketing scam since there is no real person answering the phone and there is no legitimate business name given in the automated message.

This number started calling my cell phone again - during the day and in the evening. One call was at 8:00PM. They never leave a message. I'm guessing this is some sort of telemarketer. My cell phone is on the WI Do Not Call list but some telemarketers don't seem to respect that. I tried calling the number back and you just get a recording that says "Please wait while we transfer you to the next available representative." There is no company name mentioned on the message. I didn't wait around to press any numbers to be removed from their list.
