Unknown caller.  Phone rang once.  No voicemail left.

Phone rang no message left, no info on this number came up on google chrome with the exception of City of Janesville

Same as the others. One ring, no VM, hung up right away... probably a system testing numbers for a phone list that was recently sold or is getting ready to sell. The companies use masked numbers based on your state/area code (at times) to get you to answer.

Again, one ring, no voicemail.  Caller hung up before I could answer
