Who called from 6082387544

Nothing on the answering machine (surprise!).

Called twice. Left heavy breathing on the machine once.

Claims to be from cyber support. Scam

How do I block these scammers? I called the number back, no answer, no answer machine, no way to tell them to stop or remove my phone number.  What good is this reporting if the problem won't be fixed.
