call came in from 6082686533 claiming to be from aol email security said they had a lot of complaints about spam messages coming from my  email and stated the last one was from fla. then claimed that i must of gave my pass word to someone then he wanted me to check my sent mail slot then he had me to press the windows key and the r key at the same time when the run box came up he ad me to put  event  vwr in the box and click on it to bring up the system errors and warnings then he wanted to know the source of all the error and warnings at this time i told him i was calling my tech to which he informed mr to check his credentials to make sure he was micro soft certified and i said dell is ceritfied to the top of everything they need at this time he was unable to have any frim asnswers so he hung up at this point
