Got a spam text message from this number this morning around 9:30 AM.
"Jennifer said to send you this" with a spam link included in the text message. Did not visit the link provided. Forwarded the message to 7726 (Verizon's spam-reporting number for text messages) and when asked, provided the phone number used to send the spam text.
Besides, if Jennifer wants to send me something, she can do it herself. No middleman needed, especially not one with a spam link that can screw up my computer/phone.

My spam text just came thru at 1:15 p.m. eastern time. and I agree with JoAnna, if Jennifer needs me to check something out, then she should ask me herself!!
I just got this message and worried me because i have family in the 608 area code... glad i googled this - i did reply as to who they were and who jennifer was - glad i saw this information - rather than worry something was wrong with my family
