I had no problem answering the quick survey. They got my number from the body shop where I had work done. They apparently call nationwide but work out of Wisconsin. It was literally 2 minutes and the added bonus is that it also registers my paint job with the Dupont Paint Warranty. I had seen them on my phone before--she told me they don't leave messages because of privacy concerns regarding the repair job. No harm done.
I told them that I did not want to take their survey, I told them to remove my phone number from their list. They said ok, yet they continue to keep calling. They won't stop calling and it's very annoying.
I understand about privacy issues, but it's common courtesy to leave a message "Was trying to reach Joe-schmo, please call 608-299-0260" What privacy law is this message violating. I just think it's so rude to call & NOT leave a message!
I'm so glad I looked into this and saw the comments about these phone calls. I am on the West Coast and am wondering why they call so LATE-- it must be after 10 PM Wisconsin time. I have a cell phone with limited minutes on so it is annoying to have them be used in this manner.
