Didn't answer, no message left

Caller ID says the caller is CVG DPT who or whatever that is.  I did not answer and the caller left no message.  They have called numerous times and never left a message.

They called and caller ID said CVG Dept. No idea who they are. No message. Did not answer.

Caller ID was CVG Dept. No message.

Same as above.
