Missed call, no voicemail. I'm on the Do Not Call registry. Every website I've searched says "scam" or "telemarketer". Blocked.

Calling on my personal cell which is on the DNCL - explains a lot.

Keeps calling everyday at least once. Long delay (dead air), then a idiot says hello my name is.... I hang up. Don't answer block them.

Left no message. I did not answer. ID says "Janesville, WI."
