Who called from 6083163683

Have received 3 calls over the past week, never leaves a message.

Actually, this time they DID leave a message (which didn't show up on my phone until 15 minutes later).

Caller says she's calling from PA Consulting on behalf of the California Public Utilities Commission, and wants me to take a survey concerning home appliances ("washers, dryers, furnaces") so they can learn about energy usage or something to that effect.

Some sort of survey bs.

Same thing as above, left message saying it's a non-commercial survey on home appliance usage. I don't believe a word of it!

I just got a call too. It's the first time I've answered when they've called (2 other times). They said they were taking a survey for the Calif. Utility Commission. When I told her I wasn't interested, she tried to tell me that this wasn't a...... then I cut her off. I told her to remove my number & name from her list. If they call me again, I will block their number & then report them.
