I have received several calls from this number and each time they are trying to face time me! I have declined every call but they keep trying to face time me. This is such a nuisance!
I have received NUMEROUS calls from this number both on my husbands cell as well as my in laws and my grandmother in laws. When I called it back they said someone opened an account in my name and ordered a musical snowman, 2 magazine tables, a vanity set as well as other things. First off I have never heard of this FIGI'S place and second they couldn't tell me who what why when or where which seemed quite suspicious. They asked for very personal info which I did not give them. I said you apparently have an account for me so YOU TELL ME WHAT WAS ORDERED AND WHERE IT WAS SENT AND WHEN. I never got an answer to my questions just forwarded to a voice mail for which I NEVER received a call back from yet they continue to call MULTIPLE times daily at various different numbers, most of which I don't even have those numbers so I haven't a clue where they got them from but a complaint and investigation is being launched immediately because my husband is in law enforcement and his uncle works for the FBI so I WILL find out who these people are and what their deal is and if in fact they are a legitimate company and someone has opened an account under my name I will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law and then some. DO NOT give these people ANY personal information. If they are a legit company then they should be able to provide YOU with information not the other way around. I have heard from several others that they use this as a bait to get you to name off personal info to identify yourself then say it was a mistake. Next thing ya know, they have taken the personal info and ruined your credit etc. BEWARE AND VERY CAREFUL IN DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY DO NOT APPEAR TO BE ON THE UP AND UP AT ALL!!!!!
