Called to tell during our first conversation (there was no first conversation) that I had expressed and interest in getting help to pay down my debt on my credit cards and she can help me today. I told her that I don's have any debt on my credit cards (I have some, but it is minimal). She said thanks and hung up.

Have gotten many calls from 608 362 5721.  I do not answers call from anyone I don't know.  Have gotten numerous calls from this number.  They never leave a message.  The name that comes up on caller id is Catherine
Ervin.  I wish these companies would honor the DNC list.

Debt pay down.  does not listen to remove number from list

they are violating the do not call laws - they claim you initiated contact when you did not - that is a lie they use to violate the do not call laws

the only way to stop them is to report them to the DONOTCALL.GOV website.  Click on File a complaint
