Who called from 6083954004

I received an email from this company.  They listed (608) 395-4004 as their contact number.  I'm not sure if this is legit or not.  The email is as follows:

Hello Kimberly,

I hope you are doing well! I am emailing you regarding the resume you posted online.  I am currently consulting for a couple small businesses and assisting with several business developments in Beltsville, MD. After reviewing your resume, I think you would be a good fit for one of the several positions currently available. The primary position currently available is for a full time Benefits Representative, the average starting wage is around $60,000 a year.  I am in the office Monday and was wondering if I could contact you for a five minute phone interview between 1:00-2:00pm? Or is there a better time to call you at 301-806-3560?

Also, just so you know, there are no fees for you to use my service, assisting small businesses in finding qualified top-notch employees is included with my consulting fees which are covered by the business. If you find that these positions are not the right fit for you, no worries, I work with a number of other businesses and I may have another client that is hiring in the near future. Are you only looking for work in the 20906 area? Would you consider other areas?

I received an email from a "Michael Todd" claiming to be with JSM Consulting offering me a position. But when I looked more into the links that were posted within the email the Michael that was mentioned was a "Michael Mell" My guess is this is a scam..

In my opinion people should avoid this operation.

I was usually pretty good using the tweezers to take out the 'funny bone' without setting off the buzzer. You? (Sorry, getting a little silly. So early in '15 too)

I cannot seem to wrap my mind around seeing 2015 displayed on the site. I saw a post by Celtic Dragon earlier and said to myself, "I didn't realize CD was on the site that far back". I finally realized that it was 2015 and I guess I must have been thinking of 2005.
