ADVICE: DON'T ANSWER!!! SO many calls from these people every day! My husband once took their "BRIEF" survey hoping they wouldn't call anymore, and now they call NON STOP! They talk over you if you ask questions that don't fit their agenda, (if they don't hang up on you first), actually argue and talk over you, are unwilling to transfer to any sort of "management", etc. I've asked many times to be removed from their list which clearly hasn't worked.

They have called me 4 or 5 times this week and left voicemails asking me to take a survey. She called me at 9 pm last night and wouldn't take no for an answer and would not take me off their calling list. It's harassment.
