Called my home at 8:44pm EST asking me if I found affordable health insurance.   I told him that it was way too late to receive telemarketer phone calls.  I have a toddler that isnt feeling well and hasnt been sleeping well.   He got rude with me and told me that have the right to call until 9pm.
