got several calls from this number with no message left.
when I answered I was asked by an automated system to wait for an operator
I called back and when I asked whether they were a collection agency I was
told that they handled "personal matters".  The name of them company was
"ic systems" and was told by the operator that they were based in St Paul, Minnesota.
I then asked for the name of their president and was hung up on
