Guy with accent called and said he was from Windows support and told me I had viruses on my computer that he could help me with. I knew it was a scam from the beginning. I only have a tablet, not a laptop but I went along momentarily to see what his game was about. He said he could only help me if I had a Windows keyboard, even tho he initially told me all my computers were affected. They are trying to get you to upload malicious software or give them remote access to your computer. Don't be fooled!
