No CID info displayed.  'bloop' over to call center from auto-dial when live answer detected.  Woman trying to sound important identifies herself as (?) Whoda.  Says she is with the Wisconsin Labor Law Service.  I set the receiver down on the desk at this point as I recognize them to be the shady characters who send things that look like invoices in the mail and attempt to get you to pay for something that you didn't actually ask for or get.  Employers have requirements posting information about labor law, this entity tries to take advantage of that and uses underhanded tactics like voluntary bills and official sounding phone calls to get money out of you relative to those requirements.  Whoda - or whoever she was - figured out I didn't have the phone to my ear after a minute and forty and hung-up.  We get a lot of these fake invoices, I believe this is the first phone call we have ever received on this pseudo scam.
