"This is Rachel from Credit Card Services...". I make it a habit to NOT answer calls on my cell phone from numbers I don't know. This call, however, came from my home area code and the 575 prefix is the same one that many of my friends & business contacts have, so I took a chance. Darn. I'm on the DO NOT CALL list for state and federal, not that it does much good these days. Thankfully my iphone has number blocking so I won't hear from this one again.
